Hetty & Tom from Koru were packing up the Landrover at Trevaunance Cove when 2 rather fancy kayaks arrived in the cove this evening. Tom went to investigate and met the 2 kayakers Nick and Lee who just happened to be kayaking around the British Isles. An amazing charitable adventure and 2 amazing kayakers. Nick Arding & Lee Pooley will paddle around the UK in 2013 to raise awareness and funds for the Marine Conservation Society and CLIC Sargent. Philippa Arding and Jo Nosworthy are providing support and co-ordinating the shore-based beach cleans and awareness-raising.
