Tom and Hetty went to the Isles of Scilly to compete in the 2013 World Pilot Gig Rowing Championships this weekend. With 2 mens and 2 womens teams St Agnes had a successful weekend. Gig rowing is a great social activity which helps your core strength and fitness using different muscles to kayaking.
