Koru’s Autumnal Kayak Adventures are proving a hit with wildlife. Seal pups spotted today on our North Coast Kayak Adventure from Trevaunance Cove, St Agnes.
It was lovely to see the seal pup and mum in the same cave we have seen them for the past 2 years.
The storms of January 2014 had led to rock fall and the caves filling up with sand at Wheal Prudence. It was lovely to see the seal had managed to pup in the same cave, despite the environmental change. Seals always prefer to pup in the same place they were born.
The seal pup was quite playful around the kayaks!
