Cornwall Wildlife Trust and Seasalt joined Koru on a kayak adventure to see the newly planted Eel Grass beds on the Helford.
It’s been planted where there has been eel grass growing historically by a disused quay on the Helford. Eel is massively important to combat carbon emissions. They hope to reinstate more if this first batch grow well.
It was great to meet both teams and see the all enjoying the wonderful wildlife and nature. We were even joined by a seal and Osprey during the trip.
