Yesterday was really mystical kayaking on our 2 hour stunning guided Frenchman’s Creek Kayak Adventure. The Helford River was engulfed in sea mist gently rolling over the banks of Polwheveral Creek and Helford River.
Looking down towards the sea a wave of mist rolling towards us over the yachts and boats moored up around Helford Passage.
Yet the creeks were basking in sunshine! It is magical seeing the trees blossoming over Powder’s old boat the Iron Duke.
and swans pairing up enjoying the sunshine in the tranquil Frenchman’s Creek. Herons, egrets and mallards are also regularly spotted – just male mallards at the moment, not sure where the females have got to – we have been joking that they are on their stag do!!
